54 bed care home, Silver Street, Nailsea

Currently occupied by a domestic residence, with former quarry to the rear. The proposals are to demolish the existing house and all outbuildings within the grounds, and to erect a three storey, sixty bedroom care home.

Emphasis has been placed on providing a development that retains the landscape features within the site, and that relate to the neighbouring properties and uses.
